NBN Maintenance

Planned NBN network maintenance may cause temporary interruptions to some Casper Global Network services between 12:00am and 6:00am on 10 September 2026.

NBN has scheduled planned network maintenance in the area supporting parts of the Casper Global Network.

The maintenance window is scheduled for 12:00am to 6:00am on Thursday, 10 September 2026.

During this time, some Casper Global Network services may experience temporary interruptions, increased latency, or brief periods of unavailability while upstream connectivity is affected.

No action is required from customers. Our systems will continue to be monitored throughout the maintenance window, and affected services should automatically resume as network connectivity is restored.

This maintenance is being carried out by NBN and is outside of Casper Global’s direct control.
